General terms

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever it considers that it is necessary, and undertakes the commitment to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this e-shop.

Contracts through the online store are compiled in the English language.

Information & Products

THE COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, the truth and completeness of the information, which are provided on the site in terms of the identity of the COMPANY and the provided transactions through the online store. The Company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible for and is not bound by electronic data entries, which are made by error / omission in common experience and it is entitled to correct them whenever they perceive their existence. THE COMPANY is not liable to customers / users for any damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order (except for the case of the following paragraph “Product Replacement”). It also reserves the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure. The online store cannot provide guarantee for the availability of the products.

Safe Products – Warranty Terms

The offered products by the COMPANY are durable products that carry all necessary safety certification. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for simple used products) and a written guarantee of good functioning and reasonable duration, in English language.

Contract of Usage

The visitor/user of the Network pages and services provides his/her consent to the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs and files included in the Network. Therefore, he/she must read these terms carefully before visiting or using the Network pages and services. If he/she does not agree, then he/she must not use the services and content of the Network.

Applicable law and other terms

The above terms and conditions of the Network usage, as well as any modification, or alteration, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international conventions. Any provision of these terms becomes legally inapplicable, it shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be withdrawn from the present, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms. The present constitutes the overall agreement between the Network and the visitor / user of its pages and services and it is binding only on them.
